- I've recently started making yogurt smoothies, and they're so satisfying
- I wanted to pass the "recipe" along.
-
- 1 8 oz cartoon fat-free nutrasweet'd fruit'd yogurt [you can use
- plain non-fat yogurt also, or the sugared kind if you're
- philosophically or morally opposed to nutrasweet]
- 4-6 oz orange juice
- 1 banana
- other fruit, canned, fresh, or frozen (like strawberries, canned
- pear, etc)
- ice
-
- Blend in blender until smooth.
-
- This is a lot of fruit (and simple carbohydrates), I know, and for those
- limited to a certain number of fruit exchanges per day it may not seem
- worth it... BUT IT IS!! IT IS!! It tastes just like a fruit milk shake.
