- I'm afraid I'm not very inventive these days when it comes to subject lines...

- I just wanted to let you all know that I am still here. I'm doing much better
- and I'm in control of my eating right now. I have been concentrating on only
- eating three meals a day with no snacks in between. It works - I've lost two
- pounds (not much - but progress is good...).

- My next step will be to further define my eating plan to limit things from my
- diet. I've decided that fat is probably the first to be reduced. Then once I
- have the fat grams down where they should be I'll probably pick sugar as the
- next thing. I DON'T WANT TO DO TOO MUCH AT ONE TIME THOUGH!!

- I've decided that gradually changing my habits is better for me. It is going
- to be a lifelong battle so I may as well start a lifelong program.

- My feet don't hurt anymore either - much to my pocketbooks dismay. I've
- purchased an expensive pair of very supportive shoes and they have helped
- incredibly - yes, I'm even walking (Some - just a little to start with)!!
