- Just reread Amy's question: The 1300 is not a net, but a gross. When
- I was on the fast, I was netting negative calories for a fairly long
- time, with the full blessing of the HMR medical staff.
-
- I'm not sure I want to admit my gross calories are, but my activity level
- was at 16000 calories per week a few weeks ago... had to put a stop to
- that; the lull in projects ended and I really like to have my dinner
- before 9PM. I'm trending down to 12-10,000 per week for the while.
