- In my opinion there r 4 ways 2 get out of these situations. Depending no how
- far away u r from the other Ryu u can

- 1. Wait 4 him 2 throw a slow fireball and match it, which n turn will cause
- both players 2 get damaged. 4 this 2 work u have 2b very quick.(doesn't always
- work.)
- 2. U can DP through a fireball and footsweep w/ the forward or roundhouse,
- depending on whether he's close enuf 2 U. If not u can fireball or do a combo
- or something.
- 3. If it is Ryu and he isn't close enuf 2 dp u, u can jump backwards over t
- he fireball which delays his recovery time. Then proceed 2 fireball, combo, or
- footsweep.

- **4. This is my favorite technique. If u play/practice enuf SFII CE, u can
- master the spinkick over/through the fireball w/o getting hit or damaged. This
- is very useful 2 learn. If U R playing someone who predictably throws firebal
- ls, U can spinkick through the fireball, and if U R close enuf U will also knoc
- k UR opponent 2 the ground. **note** when U hurricane over a fireball, the fi
- reball has 2B nearly touching U. The timing is different 4 slow and fast fireb
