  14. At UB, we are also only required to wait a certain amount of time
  15. for an instructor to show up. For hour long classes, it's 10 or
  16. 15 minutes, for hour and a half classes, it 20 minutes. I don't know
  17. if this is just a commonlaw thing, or if it's actually supported by
  18. the administration. I've only encountered a situation twice - the
  19. first time, the TA came in just as half the class left; the second time,
  20. the professor forgot about class.
