  16. He said that Bill Clinton was sooo slick, so shifty, that it was
  17. almost imperceptible?  That he was so maneuvering and cunning 
  18. that he had to look very carefully to try to spot the 'waffling.'
  19. (I think the subject was the reduction of the White House staff
  20. by 25%.)
  21. He rolled a tape of Clinton's speech, and the examples of shiftiness
  22. that he pointed out were Clinton's less excited demeanor and the 
  23. facial expressions of Mitchell standing next to him (which I could
  24. not discern on my little 5" B&W).  Is this what his fans like him
  25. to take up 10 min. of network time with?  Really, this is starting
  26. to get soooo weak--his repeated attempts to vindicate his own 
  27. "predictions" with laughable clips like this one, not to mention
