- In my opinion, this is almost axiomatically obvious, but heirarchies
- are present even amongst white males. Not all white males have
- equal access to opportunity.

- But, in the end, what are ya gonna do about it? It seems reasonable
- to some to try social engineering, but, as always, actions have reactions,
- and there is a backlash against the kind of social engineering that
- has endeavored to level the field of opportunity.

- see valid points on the conservative and the liberal and the libertarian
- sides of this issue.
