  12. Are there plans in the works or in development for an emergency evacuation
  13. re-entry capable vehicle?  Might it be like an escape pod, which could re-enter
  14. the earths atmosphere or would it be like a lifeboat in that all it does is
  15. get the occupants up and away from the space station?
