  12. As any librarian can tell you, the [expensive] journals are in the University
  13. library by author and editor demand, not reader demand. When people stop
  14. serving on editorial boards and sending papers to the highpriced science
  15. journals, we may see more books in our libraries.  
  16.     Talk to your science librarian about the problem!
