- You don't describe the full circuit so would a complementary 4 to 16 do
- the trick, 74HCx4514? This also has latching.

- Have you looked at the Supertex line of high voltage array drivers some of
- which mention ultrasound imaging applications? Some of these have the
- decoding on chip.
