  19. I have a car that was run on AMSOil for last 40K of the 70K 
  20. miles on it.  The engine seems to have suffered.

  22. IMHO:  Stay away from synthetic oils which suggest that you leave the
  23. oil in the car for a long time.  Use a good brand of oil and change
  24. it often (2k-3k miles).
