- I have a car that was run on AMSOil for last 40K of the 70K
- miles on it. The engine seems to have suffered.

- IMHO: Stay away from synthetic oils which suggest that you leave the
- oil in the car for a long time. Use a good brand of oil and change
- it often (2k-3k miles).
