- Hi,
-
- I have just recently acquired a used pair of Thiel CS2 speakers. I was
- wondering if any of you out there has had any experience with these speakers,
- and if you can tell me about:
- - What receiver/amplifier you use to drive them, and how it compares with
- other receivers/amps. I currently have a 5 years old Proton 930
- receiver; it's bridgeable, so I am thinking about buying an amp,
- and use the Proton as a preamp.
- - What sort of placement you find best for these speakers
- - Care and maintenance needed
- - Anything else that you think I should know with regards to the CS2.
-
- Also, I need to transport these speakers. If you happen to have a pair of
- boxes for the speakers above sitting in the corner of your basement gathering
- dust, I would be extremely grateful if you are willing to give them to me.
- We could certainly discuss some sort of incentive for your effort to get the
- boxes out of your basement...
-
- You can reply to this account, or call me at (206) 545-0459 (home) or
- (206) 882-8080 x14846 (work).
-
- Thanks,
-
