- There's a reason for this.

- nntpd forks off inews to handle the posting, which connects to your machine
- (launching another nntpd) and tries to post, which forks off inews ...
- you get the idea.

- If you want local postings to go through NNTP, place the C News' inews in
- NEWSBIN, hard-code this into nntpd, and install the mini-inews in
- /usr/local/bin or somesuch.
