  20. Hmm, an interesting oversight; I guess some discussion of this issue
  21. should be added.  In the old days, you found a site that was willing to
  22. feed you, though the usual informal means (talking to your local peers,
  23. etc.).  That's getting harder as netnews volume increases, but you can
  24. always buy a news feed from the various commercial network service
  25. providers, notably PSI and UUNET.
