  10. I am using SCO 3.2.2 and for quite a while have had problems getting
  11. lpsched properly start during boot.  The lpsched process starts running,
  12. but attempts to use lp or lpstat give an error message stating either
  13. lpsched is not running or is unreachable, and lpshut claims print
  14. services already are stopped.

  16. Yesterday I tried moving S80lp script in /etc/rc2.d to be executed after
  17. all other stuff in the directory and experienced the following: at
  18. first, lp services work like charm until, about a minute later, I get a
  19. console message

  21.  WARNING: lckdioctl: 1 lock(s) not reclaimed
  22.  
  23. As the error message in question is not covered in any of the manuals I
  24. have, I have no idea what I should do next.  I already tried increasing
  25. FLCKREC kernel parameter just for the heck of it (and just why setting
  26. it to anything else but 100 makes configure complain I'm seeking
  27. trouble?), but that did not solve a thing.
