- It is also important to note that all newer Sun boxes have a jumper pair
- that allows you to select RS-423 or RS-232. Default is RS-423.
- Look for a chapter named "Serial Port MOde Requirements" in your
- Installation Guide. I know my IPC has these jumpers, I believe
- all newer desktops have them. The 8-serial/1-parallel interface
- has them.

- An interesting aside: RS-423 open pins default to On, while RS-232
