  31.     As far as the SIMM's go, the + (and, yes, I'm holding my applause) can 
  32. use any 1 meg chip you care to slap in it.  Although, it can't access anything
  33. faster than, I believe, 120ns.  So, if you put 70ns chips in there, to the
  34. computer they will still be 120ns.  (Apple finally got a clue with the IIci
  35. and designed it so that it won't recognize anything slower than 80ns).  But, 
  36. it's still a good idea to get the fastest ones that you can, so that, in the
  37. unlikely event that you ever decide to upgrade, they will be compatable with
  38. your new machine.
  39.     As far as HD goes, that's a tricky one.  I know that the +'s had some
  40. prob's with SCSI-type thingamadoobers.  There were only ceartin (sp) things
  41. that would work.  You may be able to get an internal drive and put it in the 
  42. case for the other.  But then there are other concerns about termination and
  43. such.  I can't help you much there.

  45. accelerating, and possibly expanding your +.  it is as followa:
