  12. Sorry to cross-post this but what has been people's experience with warranty
  13. work from Practical Peripherals, Inc.? I just sent a modem to them to be 
  14. repaired and was wondering what kind of turnaround time I could be expecting.
  15. Also, does anyone know if they still make the 2400SA (non-MNP 5) model? This
  16. is what mine is and was kind of hoping they would just swap it out for the
  17. model with MNP 5. :-)
