- For a (short) time I had four 4MBx9 and four 1MBx9 SIMMs installed in
- my AMI motherboard. It detected both banks correctly, but would not
- use the 1MB's (it classified them as "Absent").

- The manual was misleading -- it says, "Use only one type of module to
- fill each bank." But after re-reading the manual, I should have
- deciphered this.

- Fortunately, I already had buyers for the 1MB's. Incidentally, two
- people purchased 2MB each, and BOTH had problems (and they both ended
- up buying 2MB more).
