- I believe this is a carryover from the days of yesteryear. hpterm has
- built-in support for various older model HP terminals, of which one was
- the HP2627A. The 2627A was the first to support color and only had those
- eight "colors" selected by escape sequences:

- ESC&v0S = black (or no color, turn off color)
- ESC&v1S = red
- ESC&v2S = green
- ESC&v3S = yellow
- ESC&v4S = blue
- ESC&v5S = magenta
- ESC&v6S = cyan
- ESC&v7S = black inside yellow inverse video
