  16. It depends on who "them" is.

  18. Most HP employees have email.  We use two major mail systems (internet and
  19. HP DESK).   Both are accessible from the external Internet.

  21. There are no generic addresses for "HP" that I know of.
  22.  
  23. We also don't publish a mailing list of individuals, but news readers (like
  24. me) are often willing to forward a request to the individual you are
  25. seeking, and if appropriate, supply info on forming proper DESK addresses.
