  13. Well, as the author of Columns //e (and Columns ][+) it's about time I got
  14. on here and did something.  I've heard from a friend that there were recent
  15. complaints online about not receiving the registration version after ordering.
  16. I can guarantee that all registrations which I have received have been shipped
  17. promptly.  To this date, I have received no complaints of un-delivered copies,
  18. so it appears that any lost registrations have never reached me.  It is also
  19. possible that some people have an altered copy of the Columns demo which has
  20. a wrong address.  Although one would hope against it, that does happen.  I 
  21. intend to put an up-to-date release of the demo(s) in comp.binaries.. in the
  22. next few days.  For anyone who HAS sent in a registration which I have not
  23. received, please contact me through E-mail and we can discuss the problem.
  24. I think Columns //e is a great game, and have plenty of happy registered users
  25. who agree with me.  I hope you will too.

  27. Also, although still a ways from release, I have been working on both a //gs
  28. and an IBM VGA version of Columns.  Although I've seen Shareware versions of
  29. Columns on both machines, I don't think the little square blocks can compare, 
  30. and the two player game blows 'em away!  So look for those sometime in the 
  31. not too distant future!
