- I was doing network-wide software installs and upgrades from the server using
- custom installer scripts for quite some time. It worked really well until
- last weekend when I upgraded my server to AppleShare 3.0. Now some of the
- scripts, the important ones of course, fail with '"xxxx" has a correct name
- but it is not the correct disk' error. What is the most puzzling is that
- running ScriptCheck on a script file that is on my local hard disk proceeds
- without errors (all files are found), but running ScriptCheck on a copy of
- the very same script file that resides on the server fails (I get 'Insert
- disk "xxxx"' dialog asking for the server volume that is mounted) when it
- get to check infs resources. There is clearly something bogus here. And
- I am in dispair as I need my installation capabilities right now. Any ideas?
