- I believe that there is a minimum size to swapper.dat. I never see
- less than 1 meg of swap file.

- Some apps go out and grow it on principle, I think. Lotus 123/g 1.0
- seems to be one, and DeScribe 3.0 16 bits also likes it. The 32 bit
- version of DeScribe 3.0 is a bit better....
