- Hello,
- when I run DOS apps or WINOS2 in fullscreen high resolution (other than
- the WPS res.) I see heavy flickering on the screen when progs
- update the video memory.
- Looks like the video mode is switched in quick succession and the monitor
- loses synch for a fraction of a second.
- I tried RETRACE_EMULATION etc., the SVGA utility failed (the screen
- gets garbled after the startup logo - yes, I used it in a fullscreen
- session).
-
- I've already installed all the latest video fixes.
-
- What is the reason for the flickering (the virtual video drivers?)
- Has anyone a fix for this?
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
- Hermann.
