  19. final product. You're paying to be a beta tester, just like OS/2 LA.

  24. I doubt an occasional user would seriously NEED CSET/2, Workframe/2, and
  25. the developer's toolkit. Unfortunately, there really isn't anything  yet
  26. to compare to Visual Basic for OS/2. Tackling OS/2 and PM is nontrivial;
  27. the cost of the tools are not unjustified.
