  29.   Nice features I'd like to see:

  31.       1.  A/D and D/A on board (plug in option is ok).
  32.       2.  A/D and D/A that go up to 16 bits and 44.1 kHz would be nice
  33.           but I don't need it for all purposes.
  34.       3.  Buffered A/D and D/A so I don't have to code the pace.
  35.       4.  2 each of A/D and D/A (stereo, other effects, etc.)
  36.       5.  If RJ-xx interface, voltage level, ring detect and such would
  37.           also be nice, but that sounds like a telephone line interface
  38.  
  39. There's a neat general purpose TMS320C31 DSP board made by ASPI, called
  40. the Elf-31. The hardware is $1000, TI software development software is
  41. extra. It has:
