- whether DSR is nailed high or tracks the offhook condition.

- unless you've used the "@" (Wait for Quiet Answer) dial modifier. I
- imagine that Supra is probably the same. If you simply dial a
- number without using "@", and it never answers, S7 will expire and
- you get NO CARRIER. That's always been the way it is defined to
- work.
