  13. I saw the request for an ftp site where an implementation of ART model
  14. (for nn's) could be found. I would verymuch appreciate if anyone 
  15. who saw the reply for the posting ( or is aware of a site) could kindly
  16. notify me ( via e-mail ). Thanks in advance...
  17. P.S. I hope to evaluate the feasibility of using an ART to classify
  18. EMG (Electro Myographic ) signals. This has been attempted before using
  19. backprop .
