  14. Without Gleason in No.Dak., I would not have been in contact with the
  15. folks at the Open Univ in the Netherlands.  Had I not connected with
  16. the folks in the Netherlands, I would've wasted hours of research that

  20. Key words and phrases might get lost in the process and we'd end up
  21. transmitting data instead of information.  Reflexive & extensive text,
  22. learner control & hypermedia may not seem critical to you...but at the
  23. moment they're of major concern to me.
