  27. We did not seriously consider a menu systems following our
  28. organizational structure.  We did, however, consider a menu structure
  29. that related to constituencies.  ie we thought about a section for
  30. faculty, students, staff and visitors.

  32. We have ended up with a mixture of topical items and some with
  33. constituent groupings and provide an index of topics with keywords to
  34. get the user to the information they want without traveling through a
  35. set of menus.  Some people feel it is important that you force people
  36. through a menu structure so they will know all the areas covered but
  37. we consider rapid access to desired information is important.

  39. The user chooses the route they wish to take and we are sure that
  40. route differs with individuals and with circumstances.
