  17. In fall we will begin a new arrangement for long distance service to
  18. students that ties their bills to a pin number rather than to the
  19. phone number.  The reason we're doing this is so that all long
  20. distance bills can be attributed to an individual in a student suite.
  21. if we were to allow 900 numbers, which bill to a phone number, we'd
  22. be destroying our solution to the problem.  Students will be able to
  23. make 900 calls with a credit card however--I think.  We'll know more
  24. when the system is implemented.
