  11. DESCRIPTION
  12.  
  13. After what appears to be a successful installation of AT&T WorldNet, 
  14. when you attempt to connect to AT&T WorldNet Services you get the 
  15. following error:
  16.  
  17.       DIALER.EXE IS NOT LOADED, or
  18.       DIAL-IN DRIVER IS NOT LOADED
  19.  
  20. RESOLUTION
  21.  
  22. AT&T does not support WorldNet running under WIN-OS/2.  The following 
  23. two Virtual Device Driver (VxD) statements are loaded in the SYSTEM.INI 
  24. file under the [386Enh] header:
  25.  
  26. x:\WORLDNET\SYSTEM\VTCPRAC.386  
  27. x:\WORLDNET\SYSTEM\DIAL.386.
  28.  
  29. OS/2 does not support the use of VxDs; therefore, this application will 
  30. not run under any version of OS/2.
