  11. DESCRIPTION

  13. During installation of OS/2 2.1 upgrade, the following Trap message is 
  14. received at Diskette 1:
  15.  
  16.    Could not load DOSCALL1.DLL.
  17.  
  18. The system has with MS-DOS 6.22, with no Stacker running.
  19.  
  20. RESOLUTION
  21.  
  22. Diskette 1 is corrupted. Replace the diskette. Also disable internal 
  23. and external cache, and turn Turbo off.
