  13. DESCRIPTION
  14.  
  15. Windows 3.1 was installed from CD. During the installation of OS/2 2.1 
  16. for Windows, OS/2 asks for the Windows diskettes, but is treating the 
  17. images on the CD as 5.25-inch images, where there are 7 diskettes. 
  18. There is no 7th image on the CD.
  19.  
  20. RESOLUTION
  21.  
  22. You need to either obtain a Diskette 7, or make the installation 
  23. program "think" you have it. You can do one of the following:
  24.  
  25. * Obtain a Windows 5.25-inch Diskette 7.
  26.  
  27. * Install Windows 3.1 from diskettes and use the diskettes during OS/2
  28.   for Windows installation.
  29.  
  30. * Create a "fake" Diskette 7:
  31.  
  32.   1. Format a blank 5.25-inch diskette.
  33.  
  34.   2. Do a DISKCOPY of the CD image of Diskette 6 to the blank 5.25-inch
  35.      diskette.
  36.  
  37.   3. At a DOS prompt, type the following and press Enter after each to
  38.      label the 5.25-inch Diskette 6 as "DISK7":

  40.         A:
  41.         LABEL
  42.         DISK7
  43.  
  44.   Use this diskette when the Installation program prompts you for
  45.   Diskette 7.
  46.
