  1. Thank you for trying UPS Monitor for OS/2.

  3. UPS Monitor is designed for the
  4. smart signaling APC UPS model
  5. Back-UPS Pro and Smart-UPS and
  6. possibly other APC models. UPS
  7. Monitor is designed for cable
  8. number 940-0095A and
  9. 940-0024B or C (shown on the
  10. cable connector).

  12. Consult your UPS manual to find
  13. out if your UPS uses smart signaling.

  15. UPS Monitor is also available for
  16. the simple signaling APC models
  17. Back-UPS and Back-UPS Office and
  18. for contact closure UPS made by

  24. a wealth of information. This software
  25. deals with shutting your system down
  26. during power failures. Please
  27. familiarize yourself with the program

  36. Note: If you run Warp 4, fixpack 10
  37.       and Object REXX, you must switch
  38.       to classic REXX to install UPS
  39.       Monitor. After installation, you
  40.       can switch back to Object REXX.

  42. To complete installation, simply follow
  43. the prompts given by the installer.

  49. Run UNINSTAL.CMD from your UPS Monitor
  50. folder which will completely remove all
  51. UPS Monitor files and objects from your
  52. system. No reboot is required.
