  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. UPS Monitor is not public domain
  4. software, nor is it free software,
  5. it is user supported.
  6.  
  7. Non-registered users are granted a
  8. limited license to use UPS Monitor
  9. on a trial basis for the purpose of
  10. determining whether it is suitable
  11. for their needs. Use of UPS Monitor,
  12. except for this limited purpose,
  13. requires registration.
  14.  
  15. Use of non-registered copies of UPS
  16. Monitor beyond a 30 day evaluation
  17. period by any person, business,
  18. corporation, governmental agency or
  19. other entity or institution is
  20. strictly forbidden.
  21.  
  22. Use of registered copies of UPS
  23. Monitor by any business, corporation,
  24. governmental agency or other entity
  25. or institution is strictly forbidden
  26. without prior licensing arrangements
  27. and written consent of Lone Peak
  28. Automation, LLC.

  30. Registration grants a user the right
  31. to use UPS Monitor only on a single
  32. computer unless prior arrangements
  33. are made with Lone Peak Automation, LLC.
  34. A registered user may use UPS Monitor
  35. on a different computer, but may
  36. not use the program on more than one
  37. computer at the same time.

  39. You may not modify UPS Monitor in any
  40. way, including but not limited to,
  41. decompiling, disassembling or otherwise
  42. reverse engineering the program.
  43.  
  44. No part of the UPS Monitor documentation
  45. may be reproduced, in any form or by
  46. any means, without permission in writing
  47. form from Lone Peak Automation, LLC.

  49. The unregistered version of UPS Monitor
  50. can be recognized by containing the word
  51. "Unregistered" in the window title bar
  52. of the program.
  53.  
  54. All users are granted a limited license
  55. to copy the unregistered version of UPS
  56. Monitor only for the trial use of others
  57. subject to the above limitations.

  59. The following limitations apply for
  60. copying unregistered versions:

  62.    UPS Monitor must be copied in
  63.    unmodified form, complete with
  64.    the file containing license and
  65.    ordering information.

  67.    The full documentation for UPS
  68.    Monitor must be included in the
  69.    archive.
  70.  
  71.    No fee, charge or other compensation
  72.    may be accepted or requested by any
  73.    licensee beyond a reasonable price
  74.    for the media UPS Monitor is
  75.    transferred on.

  77.    Operators of electronic bulletin
  78.    board systems and internet web/ftp
  79.    sites may post the unregistered
  80.    version of UPS Monitor for
  81.    downloading by their users
  82.    as long as the above conditions
  83.    are met.

  85.    Distributors of public domain or
  86.    user supported software may
  87.    distribute copies of the unregistered
  88.    version of UPS Monitor subject to
  89.    the above conditions.

  95. responsibility for damages to property
  96. or personal injury that may be caused
  97. by the use of UPS Monitor. UPS Monitor
  98. B is provided "AS IS" and you as its user
  99. assumes the entire risk when you use it.

  102. connected to any companies mentioned nor
  103. do they endorse any of the products
  104. mentioned.
