  6. Description: Lets you modify The lmp headers to change
  7.       -Game Version 
  8.       -Skill
  9.       -Episode
  10.       -Map Number
  11.       -Mode (Deathmatch, Altdeath, Co-op)
  12.       -Respawn
  13.       -Fast
  14.       -Nomonsters
  15.       -Viewpoint
  16.       -Which players are present
  17.  
  18. Also displays size, duration, and gametics.
  19. This is fully supportive of both "families" of lmp's (i.e. pre and post 1.4)
  20. You can convert between the families except where levels have changed, etc.

  22. Bug fixes since version 1.2:
  23.   -You can now save changes in the original source file rather than needing
  24.    to copy to a new file every time.
  25.   -Not nearly as picky at command line parameters.  You can use files with
  26.    any extension, or even ones with no extension.  It automatically adds 
  27.    ".lmp" if no extension is given.
  28.    Just add a "." at the end of filenames for files with no extension.
  29.   -Better organized display. 
  30.   -Now says skill, viewer, etc. rather than just numbers.
  31.   -Now displays duration to the hundredth of a second. Whoopee.

  33. Usage syntax:
  34.  
  35. lmp <source file> <target file or -edit>
  36.  
  37. Source file: The lmp file to modify/copy/view
  38. Target file: The new lmp file to be created
  39. -edit: saves changes in source file
  40. -v just to view info (same as if you just put the source file)
  41.  
  42. Please note: -edit will not work when converting to pre-1.4 from post-1.4.
  43. You probably will never need to convert to pre 1.4, but if you do, you will
  44. have to specify a different target file because the lmp would end up having
  45. two end bytes. (#128 or Ç) I don't know if this will mess up Doom, however.
