  3. In  theory, any program that allows hardware handshaking  and  an

  5. initialization  stirng  will  work. You  set  RTS/CTS  (hardware)
  6.  
  7. handshaking, and AT&F&C1&D2S36=7  for the init string. S95=3 will
  8.  
  9. cause  2400/ARQ connect messages, if you don't want  protocol  or
  10.  
  11. compression results.
  12.  
  13.      The software I recommend is QMODEM, TELIX, or Procomm Plus
  14.  
  15. (in  that  order).   (they  are  all  'clones'  of  the  original
  16.  
  17. Procomm, and have the best user interface).
