  5. the fax answer, do the following. Call the number by voice.  From

  7. the  time you start dialing, until the voice is  finished,  count

  9. the seconds (with a watch). Devide the seconds by 2. (15  seconds

  11. would be 8). Put that many commas after the telephone number when

  13. you dial that number for a fax.
