  7. Celery Root and Grape Salad
  8.  
  9. 1 whole celery root
  10. 1 cup green seedless grapes 
  11. 3 tbsp. sweet Muscat wine
  12. 1 cup red seedless grapes
  13. 1 whole grapefruit
  14. 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  15. 2 heads butter or limestone lettuce
  16.  
  17. Cut away outer parts of celery root. Grate coarsely the white interior
  18. and place in bowl. Lightly salt and pepper. Add wine.
  19.  
  20. Cut each grape in half and add to bowl. Peel and section grapefruit,
  21. and add to bowl. Add mayonnaise and toss well. Serve on lettuce.
