Subject: PORK: Ham and Rice Stuffing

Ham and Rice Stuffing
1 Qt. Cooked Rice
1 Qt. Toasted Bread Cubes
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 C Diced Ham
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 C chopped Parsley
1 C Chopped Onion
1 C Diced Celery
Combine and form into a ball. Clean the inside of your Turkey. Stuff the
inside your Turkey with the stuffing. If there is leftovers, also stuff the
neck area. For a Turkey from 12 to 15 lbs.
