Plum Kuchen Muffins

2 c flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c butter, melted
2 t grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c chopped plums, peeled and stoned
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 t cinnamon
3 T butter
Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Sift the first 4 ingredients together.
Add egg, milk, sour cream, and butter, and stir just until moistened.
Fold in the lemon rind and plums.
Fill paper-lined muffin tins full; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over your
muffins, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
