QMAP is a very handy utility to help you navigate through drive mappings
in a network environment. QMAP is a small TSR (memory resident) program
that POPs UP of list of all currently MAPped drives and paths. Simply
use the Up and Down arrow keys to highlight the desired drive/path and
press enter. The selected drive will become the current drive.
QMAP will work well with any TEXT based program. (It will NOT Pop-Up in
WINDOWS or other graphical type programs.) To make the program Pop-Up
simply press the <ALT> key and the letter M. QMAP can be removed from
memory (Freeing up the 5k) by pressing the Enter key on the first option,
marked ** Remove TSR Program **. Optionally, you can start QMAP as a
Non-Resident program using the command line option: /NOTSR.
QMAP was not intended to be a 'Wiz-Bang' feature packed utility, just
a simple, but helpful one. The colors and Hot Key for the TSR option are
set, and there is no method available to change them. These features were
not included so as not to detract from its simplicity.
