Port_Doc Utility (version 4.1)
Port_Doc is used to mass copy documents from Portable mode to a floppy (or
use this instead of CopyDoc if you use a version of SoftSolutions which is
earlier than 4.0). You can copy a single document or up to nine items from
a marked list. This utility assumes that what is passed to it is a path and
file name which begins with a drive letter.
Port_Doc and CopyDoc are not supported by Novell. If you have questions or
enhancement requests, please send an email to hmadsen@novell.com
To setup a SoftSolutions Launch for Port_Doc in PORTABLE MODE then do the
following:
1) Copy Port_Doc.exe to the portable mode directory.
2) Log into SoftSolutions portable mode.
3) Mark some documents.
4) Choose "Launch" from the options menu.
5) Fill in the commandline.
a - copy one document:
c:\<Your Portable Mode Directory>\Port_Doc.exe %r[%p%f]
b - copy from a marked list:

%p3%f3 %p4%f4 %p5%f5 %p6%f6 %p7%f7 %p8%f8 %p9%f9]
To setup a SoftSolutions Launch for Port_Doc do the following for non-portable
mode users:

SoftSolutions programs directory).
