  3. I just called the IEEE Computer Society Washington office (1-202-371-0101) to
  4. order the latest P1003.2 Shell and Utilites draft standard and was told that it
  5. was no longer available from them because "it was being voted upon" and to
  6. call 1-800-678-4333 (which follows banker's hours and closes at 4 PM!).

  8. Is this draft 12 that's being voted upon?
  9.  
  10. A previous message said that Draft 12 (aka possibly 11.1) might be distributed
  11. as a set of changes to Draft 11.  If this is so, where can one obtain the
  12. original Draft 11 on which to base Draft 12?
