  5.     Does a POSIX compliant threads library for UNIX exist? I would like 
  6. to hear about any threads package, either public domain or 3rd party 
  7. offerings even if they are not POSIX compliant.
  8.  
  9.     If such a library does not exist, has anyone tried to simulate
  10. threaded behavior using fork, exec, and shared memory?
  11.
