- I'd suggest 'none of the above'. Directory structure and the
- existence of particular files with particular names won't need
- to be standardized if the 1003.7 committee can define a
- complete administrative interface.

- [ .2 has some interest in directory layout... where are sed, cat, etc.
- in the filesystem? Can a portable script (or program that uses system()
- really rely on the invoker not having a different utility of the same
- name in execution path? Just a couple of thoughts -- mod ]
