  13.             Being a terrorist, I mean.  You're 
  14.             not very good at it.

  16.                     RIKER
  17.                 (amused)

  21.             That's right.  You're still acting 
  22.             like a Starfleet officer who's more 
  23.             worried about intelligence reports 
  24.             and Cardassian politics than about 
  25.             actually hurting the Cardassians.

  27.     Kira stands up and moves around the Bridge.

  30.                 (continuing)
  31.             You have one of the most powerful 
  32.             ships in this quadrant under your 
  33.             command.  Why aren't you out 
  34.             destroying every Cardassian outpost 
  35.             along the border?

  37.                     RIKER
  38.             Because the stakes here are far 
  39.             greater than border outposts.

  42.             Not for the Maquis there're not.  
  43.             That's because the Maquis are a group 
  44.             of terrorists and all terrorists 
  45.             care about is destroying their enemy.  
  46.             I know... because I was a terrorist.
  47.                 (beat)
  48.             And if I had this ship in those days, 
  49.             I would've destroyed Deep Space 
  50.             Nine... I would've hit the Cardassians 
  51.             so hard that they would have screamed 
  52.             for peace... but I wouldn't have 
  53.             gone flying off into the heart of 
  54.             Cardassia on some wild goose chase.
