  19. The Trivial File Transfer Protocol (STD 33, RFC 1350) is a simple,
  20. lock-step, file transfer protocol which allows a client to get or put
  21. a file onto a remote host.  This document describes two TFTP options.
  22. The first allows the client and server to negotiate the Timeout
  23. Interval.  The second allows the side receiving the file to determine
  24. the ultimate size of the transfer before it begins.  This RFC
  25. is the product of the TFTP Extensions Working Group of the IETF.

  27. This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.

  29. This document specifies an Internet standards track protocol for the
  30. Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions for
  31. improvements.  Please refer to the current edition of the "Internet
  32. Official Protocol Standards" (STD 1) for the standardization state and
  33. status of this protocol.  Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
